IT support and
system maintenance
One place everyone in the company turns to, and maintenance to a plan instead of firefighting.
What we do
- Outsourced IT
- Helpdesk
- Printers
- Licences
When something stops, the first job is finding who might know about it. A printer, an email, a forgotten password and a program that will not open are small things one at a time, and together they eat a working day — usually the day of whoever has least time to spare.
With nobody watching the systems, faults are found only once they have stopped the work. At that point the issue is being discovered only after it has already started causing disruption and cost.
What we do
- An outsourced IT department: a single point of contact for IT requests and questions, with no hunting for who handles what.
- Support for people and computers, remote or on site, depending on what the problem needs.
- Email, printers and business software: setup, updates and the everyday problems.
- Management of licences and access, including people joining and leaving.
- System monitoring and updates to a plan, so a fault is noticed while it is still small.
- A record of equipment, access and agreed settings, kept where you can reach it.
What you get
One address for every IT problem, systems somebody is watching, and days when you do not have to think about IT at all.
Support is a routine,
not a phone number
Requests go to one place and are tracked until they are closed, so nothing falls through because it was mentioned in a corridor. We keep open requests tracked and follow them through to closure.
What repeats does not get solved from scratch every time. If the same problem appears a third time, we fix the cause rather than the symptom.
Planned maintenance
instead of emergencies
Updates, backup checks and equipment reviews run to an agreed rhythm rather than when somebody remembers. Monitoring and planned maintenance can reveal some problems before they turn into downtime.
Emergencies never disappear entirely, but they should be the exception. Planned work is cheaper and more predictable than the same work done under pressure.
What we know,
we write down
The record of equipment, licences, access and settings is kept in order and available to you. When someone joins or leaves, it is clear what has to be opened and what has to be closed.
That record is yours. If you change partner, you do not start from nothing — that is the difference between a supplier and a partner.
Frequently asked questions
What is handled remotely, and when do you come on site?
Almost everything to do with software, email, access, licences and settings is handled remotely — which is also faster for you. We come on site when something physically has to be done: a device fault, the network cabinet, cabling, new equipment or a server.
How is a problem reported?
To one place, with no hunting for who handles what. The request is tracked until it is closed, so nothing falls through because it was mentioned in passing. We keep open requests tracked and follow them through to closure.
Do you work with companies that have only a few computers?
Yes. The scope is agreed on what you actually have, not on a minimum number of devices. A smaller environment often needs less, but of the same kind: orderly access, a backup that works, and somebody who answers.
Do you take over management of licences and access?
Yes, and it is one of the parts that most eases day-to-day work. We keep a record of who uses what and holds which access, so joiners and leavers are handled in a single step rather than remembered afterwards.
