Ace Technology is an IT company based in Zagreb. We work with businesses that need a new website, a professional opinion before they spend on IT, a tidier infrastructure, or reliable technical support. We do not start from a product we want to sell. We start from the problem that needs solving.
One project, or broader IT support
Not every engagement has to start with a large project or a maintenance contract. You can hire us to build a website, review your current IT infrastructure, run a migration or backup, or take on another clearly defined job.
If it then makes sense to continue with maintenance or further development, we agree that separately. If it does not, the project ends with the handover of the agreed access, documentation and the work itself.

We first understand what needs solving
Before we recommend a technology we want to understand how you work today, where the problem arises, and what you want to achieve. That way we avoid solutions that are technically interesting but commercially unnecessary.

A recommendation has to have a reason
We do not propose new equipment, a migration or a redesign simply because we can deliver it. If the current setup is worth keeping, we will say so. If something needs to change, we will explain why, and in what order.

You should know what is yours
Domains, user accounts, data and access should stay under the client’s control. On projects we document what another contractor would need if you later decide to change who does the work.

Working with other contractors
If you already have an internal IT team or another supplier, we can take only part of the project, with responsibilities split clearly.
What we do ourselves, and where partners come in
Different projects call for different specialist knowledge. When a piece of work needs extra expertise, we bring in proven partners and define in advance who is accountable for what.
Authorised penetration testing is carried out with specialist partners, while Ace Technology coordinates the scope, communication and next steps. You know in advance who is delivering each part of the work.
