1. Introduction

These Privacy Rules ("Privacy Policy") are issued by Ace Technology ("Company", "we", or "us"). We act as data controller regarding your personal data in connection with https://ace-tech.hr and related communication channels listed on that site.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of ace-tech.hr, persons who contact us via the contact form, and those interested in information about OrganizeIT and Ace Technology services ("you" or "data subject").

We process contact form data to respond to your inquiry, arrange a presentation or demo, and conduct pre-contractual communication. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to contract at your request) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

7. How long we keep your personal data

If an inquiry does not result in cooperation, we typically do not keep form data longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is justified (e.g. an active offer or legal claim).
