Tell us what
you want to solve.

Send us a link to your current website, a few lines about a new project, an existing IT quote, or a short description of the problem. You do not need to know the technical solution in advance — we will first clarify the goal and recommend the next step.

How we start working together

  1. A short enquiry

Send us the basic details of the project or problem. For a website, a link or a short description of what you want to build is enough. For IT consulting, you can include an existing quote, documentation or a description of the current environment.

  2. Context and goals

We clarify the goal, the current situation and what matters most to you. You do not need to prepare a technical specification if you do not have one.

  3. Scope and proposal

We recommend what is worth doing, in what order, and what the engagement would include. Before work starts, you know the scope and the next steps.

  4. Delivery or consulting

If you accept the proposal, we start the agreed project. Ongoing maintenance and further development are agreed separately if you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers on how we start, what the work covers, how we price it, and how we work.

What does the first step look like?

Send us a short note on what you want solved. For a website, a link to the current site or a few sentences about the new project is enough. For IT consulting, you can describe the problem or send an existing quote and any documentation. After that we propose what is worth reviewing first, and what the next step would be.

Can we hire you for a single project or service?

Yes. Building or redesigning a website, reviewing IT infrastructure, a migration, backup work or another defined job can stand as a project on its own. Ongoing maintenance is agreed separately, and only if you need it.

Do you only work with companies in Zagreb?

No. We are based in Zagreb. We can deliver digital projects and remote IT services to companies regardless of location; on-site services are arranged on a project-by-project basis.

How do you set the price?

The price depends on the type of work and its scope. Once we understand what needs doing, we define the scope and send a quote before work starts. Project work such as a website or IT consulting does not require a monthly contract. Maintenance is agreed separately.

Can you take over a website or IT environment set up by someone else?

Yes. Before we take anything over we review the current state, access, documentation and any risks. Only then do we propose what to keep, what to fix, and whether it still makes sense to maintain the existing setup.

Can you review another IT supplier’s quote or solution?

Yes. IT consulting can be entirely independent of later delivery. We can review an existing quote, compare it with the actual need, and give a second technical opinion on the scope, the priorities and the proposed spend.

Do we have to keep using your maintenance after a project?

No. We keep the project and maintenance separate. When the work is finished you receive the agreed access, documentation and whatever else you need to continue. If you then want us to take on maintenance, we agree that as a separate service.

Who owns the domain, hosting, data and access?

You do. Domains, accounts, data and access should stay under your company’s control. On web projects we also hand over the agreed source code and documentation. We set things up so your company keeps control of its systems, data and access, and so you do not depend on us to reach your own infrastructure.

Can you work with our existing IT team or other suppliers?

Yes. We do not need to replace your IT team or current supplier in order to deliver a given project. We can take a clearly defined piece of work, give a second opinion, or run a project together with responsibilities agreed in advance.

Will work have to stop during a migration or a larger change?

The aim is to make the change with as little effect on day-to-day work as possible. We plan migrations and larger jobs in advance, test the critical steps, and where needed agree a time outside the busiest part of the day. If a particular change needs a planned interruption, we say so clearly beforehand.
